Rules

General Rules

• A book may be recalled at any time even before the normal period of loan is not over.
• On no account shall a member disfigure a library book.
• Members shall not sub lend the books of the library
• A fine of Rs. 1.00 per day will be levied if a book is detained beyond a fortnight
• Members are entitled to borrow books on the production of borrower's cards which can be hand from the library
• Loss of cards must be reported immediately to the Librarian
• Duplicate borrower's cards will be issued after a specified period at the discretion of the Librarian
• Members shall replace a book lost or pay for it a price to be fixed by the Principal
• Books from the Book Bank Section will be issued deserving students as recommended by the HOD for one year period

Membership

All members of the staff, students, research scholars and non-teaching staff of the college are the members of the library

Lending of Books

The members are eligible to borrow books for a period of fourteen days..

Issue & Return

Books shall be issued from/returned to the library at the time and in the manner notified time to time
